To Do List

1.        Read Marriage Marathon
Write a synopsis of the six core elements for a successful marriage. List things you agree with and things you don’t agree with. Make note of things that you feel you need to work on. Also make note of things you feel that your future spouse needs to concentrate more on.
2.       Read So You Want to be Married
Make note of the things you found interesting and principles that may help you have a successful and healthier marriage.
3.       Answer the questions in chapter 10 of Before You Say I Do.
Make time with one another to go through the 21 questions in Chapter 10 of the Jakes book. Give significant time to discuss the questions that are relevant to your relationship. Be prepared to share your answers in our next meeting.
4.       Read the Five Love Languages
Try to figure out what your love language is… then try to figure out what you future spouse’s language is. Make note of how you speak their language or if you neglect their language. Also make note if you feel like your future spouse speaks your language or if there are areas they need to work on.
